(1) In order to give suggestions to the Government of Nepal regarding the implementation of the project, the Government of Nepal will form a technical committee with a maximum of five members under the chairmanship of the secretary of the relevant ministry.
(2) An authorized employee of the relevant ministry designated by the Chairman of the Technical Committee shall act as the Secretary of the Technical Committee.
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the technical committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
